FourCore Breadcrumbs ("we", "our", "us") provides breadcrumb configuration features for Shopify merchants. This policy explains what information we process and how we use it.

Information we collect

• Shop domain and app installation metadata.
• Shopify access token and granted app scopes for the installing shop.
• Session details returned by Shopify for authentication (for example admin email, locale, and account role).
• App settings saved by the merchant (for example breadcrumb display preferences).

Information we do not collect

• We do not store customer personal data for this app's core functionality.
• We do not store order payment details.

How we use information

• Authenticate and maintain the app installation.
• Save and load merchant configuration for breadcrumb behavior.
• Operate support and troubleshooting for the app.

Data retention and deletion

Installation data is retained while the app is installed. On app uninstall and applicable privacy webhook requests, installation-related data is deleted according to Shopify webhook events. If a merchant uninstalls during an already-paid billing period, we may retain a minimal hashed billing-access record until that paid period ends so the merchant can regain paid access on reinstall without being charged twice. That minimal record is removed on applicable redact requests or after the billing-access window expires.

Third-party services

We use infrastructure providers required to run the app (for example hosting and database services). These providers process data on our behalf for service operation.
